Cap Steak
Makes 2 servings.
- 1 pound (1 piece) cap steak, tied and frozen
- 1 tablespoon Montreal Steak Seasoning
Sprinkle half the seasoning on the bottom of a small pan. Place cap steak in pan. Sprinkle remaining seasoning on top. Move oven rack to middle position. Put pan into oven. Set oven to 250 F. Cook for 35 minutes. Flip steak. Cook for another 25 minutes. Take the steak out of the oven and let it rest for 15 minutes. Remove the string that’s wrapped around the steak. Serve.
