Deviled Eggs
Makes 6 servings.
- 6 eggs
- 4 tablespoons Best Foods mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons Grey Poupon mustard
- 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
Heat on high heat until water is boiling. Carefully place eggs into the boiling water. Putting the eggs after the water the water is boiling, rather than before, is the key to making them easy to peel. Boil for 13 minutes. Drain water. Cover eggs in cold water. Wait 10 minutes for eggs to cool down. Peel eggs. Cut eggs in half lengthwise. Extract egg yolks and put them in a bowl. Mash egg yolks with a fork. Add mayonnaise, mustard, and vinegar to egg yolks. Mix together thouroughly. Scoop batter into eggs. Sprinkle parika over the eggs. Serve.
