Strawberries With Balsamic
Makes 8 servings. Eat it on its own or over a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
- 4 cups fresh strawberries
- 4 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 0.25 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
Mix sugar, vinegar, and pepper in a large bowl. Wash strawberries, cut off stems, and slice into thick pieces. Toss strawberries with vinegar mixture. Serve.
